Escondido Union School District takes pride in the quality of its certificated employees, who are important stakeholders for student focus goals related to student achievement. Each site establishes a sense of family as employees work collaboratively with students, families, and other members of the school community to support common goals.

EUSD has excellent connections with various colleges and universities, allowing us to incorporate student teachers and interns into our school programs. Many are selected for permanent positions within the district, in addition to substitute teacher positions.

Human Resources currently utilizes EDJOIN for many of our recruitment activities, including management level positions. This valuable resource allows access to exemplary candidates to consider as positions become available.
